Our Dream Scenario by Ed Delph

If you were to ask us "What is our dream scenario? What is our vision? What does what you see look like when you are done?" Our answer would be our new vision statement:

"Envisioning and empowering today's leaders and influencers in the church to be tomorrow's leaders and influencers in the community."

Our desire is to see every person and community operating at its full potential. To do this, there must be a strategic alliance of church, business, government, education and media/entertainment for the sake of the community. Each one of these spheres of influence has a contribution to make that is essential for community transformation. Within churches in the community, leadership and influence exists to positively effect the community to the benefit of all.

Community transformation is about Christians in church, business, government, education and media having real influence and bringing wisdom, character and essential core values into their spheres of influence once again without judgment or a condescending attitude. In essence, the church is a community within a community, populated by people in the community for the sake of the community.

To see each person, community, city and country achieving its full potential is the vision to which we devote ourselves completely.
